Kairos Parent Advisory Council

The mission of KPAC is to enhance the overall student learning experience by empowering and supporting KPSVA parents and school administration with assistance in planning, coordinating, and execution of school-related activities.

  • Engage parents: encourage and increase family participation.
  • Participate in effective communication between parents, KPSVA teachers, and administration.
  • Support school programs and activities through continued fundraising.
  • Promote the welfare of our students at home, school, and community.
  • Foster a strong sense of community between home and school, so that parents and teachers may cooperate effectively in the education of our students.
  • Develop united efforts between staff, families, and the general public that will secure, for all students, the highest advantages in physical, mental, and social education.

KPAC Board Meetings
KPAC Meetings generally occur on the
2nd Wednesday of the month at 8:30 a.m.
Meetings alternate between the Elm and the Sunflower campuses.
KPAC meetings last about an hour and are a great way to connect with other parents and learn about school news and developments.
Kairos and KISP parents, grandparents, and guardians (feel free to bring younger siblings!) are always welcome to attend KPAC meetings.
KPAC Committees & Program
We’re excited to share that a new committee has formed under our KPAC, made just for KISP, and we’re inviting interested parents and caregivers to join us as founding members.
This is your chance to help support KISP, shape events, spark ideas, and make a real impact in our school community. Whether you're a planner, a creative thinker, a hands-on helper, or just curious about getting more involved and informed, there's a place for you here.
It’s a great opportunity to connect with others, contribute in meaningful ways, and help shape something new from the ground up for this coming 25/26 school year. Meetings will be held once a month at 1pm at KISP. Please visit the calendar for dates.

Please reach out if you have ANY questions!
