Middle School Athletics

Kairos is committed to the continuous development of a quality school with a variety of student activities.

 

All athletic clearances will be completed digitally via Home Campus. Once information has been submitted, our team will review to approve or deny the athlete. Please select all sports you anticipate trying out for during the current school year, otherwise, a new application will need to be filled out with each sport.

 

*Chiropractor physicals will not be accepted. Physicals can be accepted by your primary care physician or you may be able to receive one at an Urgent Care Center.
